DOSAGE:
2 Sleep: 60 - 120 in water or juice every 30-60 minutes, 1/2 hour before bed time until asleep. Can repeat if wake up. OK with other sleeping aids or protocols.
Acute Pain: 60 - 120 in water or juice every hour or as needed to control pain.
General Use: 30 - 60 in water or juice 2-3 times per day or as needed.

TASTE:
Has characteristic valerian taste that is bitter and fetid or like “an old sweat sock” along with the numbing of Kava.

Formula may contain small amounts of herbal precipitate (small particles) due to strength of preparation.
